We are excited to announce that ETH2, the token representing staked ETH on Kraken, is now available for trading for residents of the United States and Canada!

Trading is live. ETH2 is tradeable on Kraken and the Kraken Terminal interface.
ETH2 (Ethereum 2.0) on Kraken represents the ETH token staked to support the Ethereum PoS network upgrade. ETH2 cannot be deposited or withdrawn. However, ETH2 can be traded for ETH.

Will Kraken make more assets available?
Yes! But our policy is to never reveal any details until shortly before launch – including which assets we are considering. All of Kraken’s available tokens can be found here, and all future tokens will be announced on Kraken’s blog and social media profiles. Our client engagement specialists cannot answer any questions about which assets we may be listing in the future.
