Trading for LIT, MEME, and MOG will be live as of 15:00 PM UTC today, August 29th, 2024.
To add an asset to your Kraken account, navigate to Funding, select the asset you’re after, and hit ‘Deposit’.
Make sure to deposit your tokens into networks supported by Kraken. Deposits made using other networks will be lost.
The new tokens are tradeable on Kraken and Kraken Pro with the following parameters:

Trading via Kraken App and Instant Buy will be available once the liquidity conditions are met (when a sufficient number of buyers and sellers have entered the market for their orders to be efficiently matched).
Here’s some more information about these assets:
LIT – Litentry is a decentralized identity aggregator that enables cross-chain linking of user identities. Its Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) preserves privacy, while its IdentityHub provides extensive rewards for users making use of the Litentry suite. LIT is used to pay for network fees, and acts as both a utility and governance token.
MEME – Memecoin bills itself as ‘literally a meme coin’ — without utility, promises or a roadmap. It was created by Web3-focused venture studio Memeland, the team behind 9gag. Its ERC-20 token, MEME, can be staked to farm other memecoins, or used in payments between Ethereum users.
MOG – Mog Coin is a memecoin that describes itself as ‘the Internet’s first culture coin.’ Available originally as an ERC-20 token, the project later implemented support for bridging to Bitcoin. MOG can be sent, held and received by users on its supported networks.

Yes! But our policy is to never reveal any details until shortly before launch – including which assets we are considering. All of Kraken’s available tokens can be found here, and all future tokens will be announced on Kraken’s blog and social media profiles.
